I couldn’t start the challenge on time and have seen that it’s still possible. Although I get all the emails I didn’t sign up to the account in time, can I start it now?

The challenge modules are available for you to sign up and get access to up to Day 5 of the challenge. So if you are still in the first week, then yes, you can still start the challenge now. The link to sign up is here: https://hub.karenskidmore.com/product/10-day-feb-2017/

After Day 5, access to the challenge modules is closed until our next challenge.

I’m already registered in The Hub from another course I’ve ordered, but can’t remember my password.

Simply click on Login link right here https://hub.karenskidmore.com/login/ enter your user name and then click “Forgot Password?”

This will send you a link to your email address with instructions on how to reset it.

If you are still struggling to access your login details,  email Alexia at Alexia@KarenSkidmore.com and let her know what name you’re registered under and she will be able to login and give you access to the modules, so you can get cracking.

How do I join the Facebook group?

The Facebook group is over at https://www.facebook.com/groups/instantclients/ Request to join the group and your request will be approved, usually within a matter of hours. Once you’ve got access, do introduce yourself and let us all know who you are and what type of business you run.

How do I register and access the Challenge – how do I know if I have a username and password?

All you need to do to register is click here: https://hub.karenskidmore.com/product/10-day-feb-2017/ and this will mean you’ve set yourself up an account in Karen’s Hub so that you can access all aspects of the 10 Day Conversation Challenge. If you’re getting the daily email reminders, you’ve signed up but you’ll still need to set up an account here, in The Hub, so you get access to the daily online modules, videos and templates.

Keep a note of your user name and your password and use this to log back in each day to watch the new challenge video.

I can access the pre-challenge warm ups but not the actual challenge.

Day 1 starts on February 20th 2017, so this is when the first conversation challenge will be released to you. All modules are automatically open to you each day throughout the challenge.

To register, all you’ll need to do is to go to www.karenskidmore.com/10days 

I’ve signed up for the Challenge but haven’t got access to the online modules.

Simply click on the link here https://hub.karenskidmore.com/product/10-day-feb-2017/ to get access to the online modules. But remember, you’ll only be able to get access to the whole challenge up to Day 5. After Day 5, the doors are closed and you’ll unfortunately have to wait until our next live challenge dates.

If you’re still having problems, just email Alexia at Alexia@KarenSkidmore.com and she will check if you have an account set up already in the Hub, and manually add the course to your login and check you can access the modules.
